While on the one hand bamboo, a grass, is strong, versatile and a highly renewable material which grows quick and easy, it is a labour-intensive product and helps create jobs and income. While most building materials are industry-produced, bamboo links agriculture to the construction sector.

Rajesh Edke
Mr. Rajesh Ram Edke is a software engineer by profession. He worked
in the Silicon Valley in US and Europe for nearly 10 years. In year
2001, he got interested in Greenhouses and Horticulture. He started
researching on the different aspects of growing flowers and trying
to construct low-cost polyhouses. He received patents
from Indian as well Chinese government a patent for his unique design
of bamboo based greenhouses. Currently, he has filed 3 more patents
related to drip irrigation, and new designs of polyhouse.

Dr. Swaroop Edke
Swaroop is doctorate in Philosophy. She worked extensively in software
technology and program managment as PMO in companies like cognizant
and HSBC and has filed a patent in software algorithm. She is been
driving force behind company from inception. Her passion is to integrate
software and hardware solutions related to automation inside the
polyhouse.
